On April 19, 2026, the leadership team of Hello 5 Coffee visited the roasting factory of our trusted partner, Nón Lá Coffee, located at 98 Nguyen Cong Tru, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
With a roasting capacity of up to 150 tons, this modern facility plays an important role in the roasting and processing of Hello 5 Coffee products for both domestic and international markets.
During the visit, the Hello 5 Coffee team reviewed the roasting and quality control processes, discussed long-term cooperation plans, and strengthened the partnership between the two companies. The visit also reflected our commitment to maintaining stable product quality and reliable supply capacity for customers worldwide.
The factory is operated under internationally recognized production and food safety standards, including ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, and GMP standards for coffee processing and manufacturing. In addition, the facility follows strict quality control procedures from raw bean selection to roasting, grinding, packaging, and storage.
One of the key highlights of the production process is Hello 5 Coffee’s proprietary “5-Level Aroma Roasting Technology” — a specialized roasting profile developed to maximize aroma balance, body, and aftertaste consistency while preserving the authentic characteristics of Vietnamese coffee beans. This roasting approach helps create a smoother flavor experience, reduced bitterness, and greater stability across large production volumes.
Combined with modern roasting systems and professional quality management, the factory is capable of delivering export-standard coffee products with consistent flavor profiles and dependable quality for international buyers.
