Step 1: Brew the coffee

Along with some tools such as: coffee phin filter or coffee machine, blender. The specific brewing method is as follows:
- If you brew coffee with a machine, just put the coffee powder and 30ml of hot water into the machine, press the button and you’re done.
- However, if you don’t have a coffee machine, you can use a phin filter. You pour about 30ml of hot water into the coffee to steep. After 1-2 minutes, add another 50ml of water to the phin and wait until the coffee extraction is complete.
Step 2: Blend condensed milk with coconut milk
Use a blender to blend the mixture of condensed milk and coconut milk. Then, you can add a little ice to blend together. You must use blenders with high power and blend for a long time to get a smooth snow-like mixture.
Step 3: Shake coconut milk with coffee
Use a shaker to pour the brewed coffee in and shake evenly. In this coconut coffee brewing method, you need to use force to shake really hard. When the coffee shows fine foam and has a light brown color, you can stop. If you don’t have a shaker, you can use a plastic bottle.
Step 4: Present and enjoy
Pour the shaken coffee into a wide-mouthed glass. Then, pour the mixture of condensed milk, coconut milk, and blended ice that you blended earlier into the glass. Step 1: Prepare ingredients
To have a cup of blended coconut milk coffee, you need to prepare the following ingredients:
- Coffee: 50ml.
- Condensed milk: 60ml.
- Coconut milk: 80ml.
- Small ice cubes: 1 cup.
You can use instant coffee powder or phin coffee, either is fine. However, phin coffee will have a richer flavor and more distinctive aroma. Therefore, you can choose the appropriate type of coffee based on your personal preferences. Please note to choose coffees that are carefully packaged, have clear origin, and are produced by reputable brands. You should buy from large stores to ensure quality, avoid buying fake coffee or mixed coffee that affects health.
Step 2: Blend the mixture of ice, milk, and coconut milk
The next step in the blended coconut coffee brewing method is to blend the mixture of ice, coconut milk, and milk. Proceed as follows:
- Pour the ingredients in order: condensed milk, coconut milk, and ice into the blender.
- Use gradually increasing speed from low to high to blend the mixture until you see a smooth fluffy layer.
Note, for blenders with low power, before blending you need to crush the ice with a pestle to protect the machine.
Step 3: Brew the coffee
