How It Works
- Step 1: Define Your Product — Tell us your target flavor profile, roast level, blend ratio, and packaging preferences. We’ll recommend formulas based on your market and price point.
- Step 2: Sample & Refine — We create samples and ship them to you (you cover shipping, typically $45-60 to UK/US). If the coffee doesn’t meet expectations, we refund your advance and adjust until it’s right.
- Step 3: Production — Once approved, we roast and pack your order in 10-15 days. All products include complete export documentation: Bill of Lading, Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and others as needed.
- Step 4: Delivery — FOB Ho Chi Minh City or delivered to your warehouse. We handle logistics coordination if required.
