Order Processing & Delivery Time
- All orders are processed within 2 business days.
- For international shipments, delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after receiving L/C (Letter of Credit) or customer’s deposit.
- Orders are shipped from Cát Lái Port, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Shipping Carriers & Rates

Shipping Documentation
For international trade, we provide full sets of shipping documents as required, including:
- B/L (Bill of Lading)
- S/C (Sales Contract)
- C/I (Commercial Invoice)
- P/L (Packing List)
- C/O (Certificate of Origin)
- PSC (Phytosanitary Certificate)
- PP (Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate, if required)
- BOM (Bill of Materials, if applicable)
This ensures smooth customs clearance and compliance with import/export requirements.
Damaged or Lost Orders
All products are packed in airtight, tamper-proof sealed bags to maintain quality and freshness during transport. If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@hello5coffee.com.
Our team will assist you with either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Returns & Exchanges
At Hello 5 Coffee Global, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping charges).
