How to place order

At Hello 5 Coffee Global, we make the ordering process simple and transparent to ensure you receive our high-quality coffee products quickly and efficiently.

1. Send Inquiry

  • Browse our product catalog and choose the coffee products you are interested in.
  • Contact us via email 📧 info@hello5coffee.com with the following details:
    • Product name and specifications
    • Quantity required
    • Destination country & port
    • Preferred delivery timeline

2. Receive Quotation

  • Our sales team will provide you with a detailed quotation including price, shipping options, and estimated delivery time.
  • If needed, we will also provide samples (shipping cost to be covered by the customer).

3. Confirm Order & Sign Contract

  • Once you agree with the quotation, a Sales Contract (S/C) will be issued.
  • Both parties will confirm and sign the contract.

4. Payment Terms

  • 70% deposit upon signing the contract.
  • 30% balance upon delivering goods to the exporting port.

Payment is made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our official bank account:

5. Production & Documentation

Once the deposit is received, production and packing will begin. Standard export documents we provide include:

  1. Bill of Lading (B/L)
  2. Sales Contract (S/C)
  3. Commercial Invoice (C/I)
  4. Packing List (P/L)
  5. Certificate of Origin (C/O)
  6. Phytosanitary Certificate (PSC)
  7. Production Process (PP)
  8. Bill of Materials (BOM)

(Other documents can be provided upon request at extra cost.)

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Port of loading: Cat Lai Port, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Delivery time: 3–7 days after receiving L/C or customer’s deposit.
  • We use third-party shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and international freight forwarders.

7. Receive Goods & Final Payment

  • Once goods are loaded at the port, we will send you all shipping documents.
  • The remaining 30% payment must be completed before shipment release.

8. After-Sales Support

  • Our team will stay in touch throughout the process to ensure smooth delivery.
