To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at info@hello5coffee.com with your order number, the subject line “Request Return/Refund: Order #xxxx”, and a short description of the issue. Our team will resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
At Hello 5 Coffee Global, we maintain a 100% Happiness Guarantee for all our products. Our mission has always been to deliver the highest-quality, internationally certified Fine Robusta coffee with complete transparency.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, let us know — we will either exchange it for another product or refund your purchase entirely.
Return Policy Details
- All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging they arrived in.
- Products with more than 25% consumed are not eligible for a refund.
- Only the most recent subscription delivery is eligible for a refund.
Refund Process
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at info@hello5coffee.com. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Step 2: Our support team will issue you a return shipping label. (Return shipping costs are covered by Hello 5 Coffee for eligible cases).
Step 3: Once we receive the returned package, our quality control team will inspect it. You will be notified immediately if your return is approved or denied.
Step 4: Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take longer for the transaction to appear in your account.
Gift Refunds
- Refunds on gift items require a valid receipt.
- If you receive a damaged gift product, please contact us at info@hello5coffee.com.
- In certain cases, we may issue store credit equal to the item’s value instead of a cash refund.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to ensure smooth processing of your return.
